3. Common problems and their solutions

3.1 Printer paper feed abnormality

Press and hold the settings button to enter the settings interface, then press the settings button again to switch to label learning, then press the paper feed button again. The label will be fed to the sewn label position, and the display screen will indicate that the learning was successful.

3.2 Issue of diluted printing density
① First, turn off the printer. Use a cotton cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean and wipe the print head. After cleaning, test the printing effect.
② Press and hold the SET button, then press the SET button again to switch to the print density option, then press the paper feed button again to increase the print density value (up to 4), and then press the power button again to confirm; after setting the print density, test the printing effect;
③ If the above two methods are ineffective, please contact after-sales service to return the printer for repair.
3.3 The printer cannot be turned on.
① The battery power is too low. Replace the battery or connect the power cord to charge it.
②If the printing function is normal but the screen is not lit, please contact after-sales service to return the printer for repair.
3.4 Printer malfunction alarm
① Label not detected: a. Install label paper or express waybill; b. Relearn the label;
② Low battery, please charge: a. Please check the battery level; b. Check if the battery is malfunctioning;
③ Printer overheating: Turn off the printer and let it sit for a while before using it again.
3.5 Bluetooth connectivity
①As shown in the picture below, the printer's Bluetooth name is displayed on the LCD screen. The default password is 0000. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth function and connect to the Bluetooth device with the corresponding name to connect successfully.

② If the Bluetooth connection fails, you can try upgrading the Bluetooth firmware. For Android phones, install the following APK file. After installation, open the OTA upgrade software, click the SCAN button to search for the printer's Bluetooth name, and then click the corresponding Bluetooth name to connect. Save the Bluetooth firmware to your phone, then select the new Bluetooth firmware through the OTA file selection, and then click Start OTA Upgrade. Wait for the OTA upgrade to succeed. Finally, long press the settings button to switch to the factory reset option, and short press the power button to restore factory settings. Finally, test the Bluetooth connection again.

3.6 Printer not printing
①If the self-test page prints normally, you need to check if the printing software settings are correct.
② If the self-test page cannot be printed, you need to check if the battery power is normal, or if the printer is damaged, please contact after-sales service to repair the printer.
3.7 Unable to charge
① Check the battery contacts for dirt or grime;
② If any of the following components—battery, USB cable, or printer—is damaged, replace and test them one by one. If the printer is damaged, please contact after-sales service for repair.
3.8 Buttons are unresponsive
① If one of the buttons is unresponsive, the button panel may be damaged. Please contact after-sales service to repair the printer.
② If all buttons are unresponsive, the printer program may be stuck. You can try restoring factory settings. If the printer is damaged, please contact after-sales service for repair.
