Since its inception, the company has been focused on the research and development and delivery of Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) equipment and solutions. With strong internal R&D capabilities, we have laid a solid foundation for continued business growth, enabling us to flexibly respond to the diverse needs of our customers and adapt to various products and application scenarios.

Our R&D team plays a crucial role in driving the horizontal expansion and vertical deepening of our products, ensuring timely responses to market dynamics and customer needs. As of March 2024, the company has accumulated over 140 registered patents in China, including 20 invention patents, 79 utility model patents, and 51 design patents. In addition, we also hold 23 registered software copyrights.

Our R&D capabilities have been widely recognized by the industry and the market. In 2024, our desktop POS terminal won the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award (internationally renowned product design awards). Simultaneously, the company has received numerous government certifications and industry accolades—including being certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China as a "National Key Small Giant Enterprise with Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Technologies," by the State Intellectual Property Office of China as a "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise," and by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China as a "National High-Tech Enterprise."

QC system

Product quality is of paramount importance. Since the company's inception, we have established and implemented a rigorous quality control system to ensure that every stage of production meets high quality standards. Our main quality control measures include: quality inspection, raw material testing, quality inspection of every key step in the production process, finished product quality inspection, unpacking quality inspection of packaged products, and continuous reliability testing (ORT).

Since August 2016, our quality management system has been ISO 9001:2015 certified. Simultaneously, we engage independent product testing and certification bodies to conduct rigorous testing and certification of our products according to the relevant standards of each target market, such as certification from the US Federal Communications Commission, the European Union, and the Indian Bureau of Standards—leading product safety and quality standards in their respective markets. We believe that these stringent quality control processes and international certifications not only reflect our relentless pursuit of excellence but also form the cornerstone of winning the long-term trust and loyalty of our customers.

Our quality control system covers the following key aspects:

01. Raw Material Access and Inspection

We have established a list of qualified suppliers and typically purchase raw materials only from evaluated and qualified suppliers. Selection criteria include market reputation, licenses, and qualifications. For critical raw materials, we periodically request suppliers to provide quality inspection reports. Upon arrival of each batch, quality control personnel conduct random sampling inspections according to internal procedures, and verification records are maintained.
02. Production Quality Control

We implement end-to-end production quality control to ensure that each stage meets standard requirements. All employees must undergo mandatory training on operational procedures and quality specifications. On-site inspections are conducted at each key production process, and only those that pass inspection can proceed to the next stage. Quality inspectors also perform routine and special quality checks on the production line and key workstations to promptly identify and address potential problems.
03. Finished Product Quality Control

Before packaging, quality control personnel will conduct a final quality check on the product, focusing on its appearance, functionality, safety, and sterilization status.
04. Packaging Product Quality Control

After the products are packaged, quality control personnel will conduct random inspections upon opening the boxes to confirm that the packaged products meet the standards before transferring them to the warehouse. Once all processes have been completed and the products have met the standards, the quality control team will systematically compile the inspection documents for each process of that batch of products and issue an inspection report.
05. Continuous Reliability Testing (ORT)

During product warehousing, we regularly conduct continuous reliability testing. For example, we run the product continuously for several hours under set environmental conditions to continuously monitor its functions and performance indicators, ensuring that the product maintains reliable quality before delivery.
