        Main responsibilities and tasks:
        1. Responsible for coordinating bank financing plans, improving the efficiency of fund utilization, reviewing wealth management purchases, and reviewing various bank payment matters;
        2. Organize the company's accounting, summarize and review financial statements to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, guarantee the month-end closing progress, and review accounting vouchers to ensure their accuracy;
        3. Responsible for organizing the company's cost management work, including cost forecasting, control, accounting, and analysis, ensuring the completion of the company's profit targets, issuing monthly profit forecast reports, and analyzing the differences between actual and forecast results;
        4. Responsible for tracking tax information and filing tax returns for the trading subsidiaries to reduce the company's tax burden;
        5. Responsible for collecting and compiling various management reports on time, providing effective decision-making for production and operation, and providing factual basis for planning, performance evaluation and other work, and issuing reports, analysis reports and profit and loss statements of each department;
        6. Responsible for collecting and organizing data, confirming the group company's export revenue and supplementing customs declaration information in the revenue and cost statement;
        7. Plan the establishment of accounting positions and the allocation of accounting personnel; organize accounting personnel training and assessment; assess the performance management and attendance management of employees in the group; and supervise and inspect the work progress of subordinates.
        8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, including auditing, budgeting, document archiving and output, etc.

        Job requirements:
        1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above;
        2. Work experience: More than 5 years of accounting work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position;
        3. Professional skills: Accounting, financial management, and other related majors;
        4. Qualifications: Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, leadership skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and work planning and execution abilities;
        5. Other requirements: Proactive, meticulous, rigorous, with a high degree of enthusiasm and responsibility, honest, reliable, and a strong team player.
        6. Priority will be given to candidates with experience as a finance director in a listed company.
