From December 22nd to 25th, 2016, Rongda Technology's year-end work summary meeting was held at the Four Seasons Hotel, a four-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 38 key personnel at the supervisory level and above from Rongda's factory and Nabaichuan Trading Company attended the meeting. The president stated that the company has been established and developing for seven years, and every year at the end of the year, this summary meeting is held to review how much of the year's goals have been achieved, plan for the following year's goals, and discuss the necessary strategies and tactics. Unlike other companies' annual meetings, Rongda Technology's annual meeting is more pragmatic and efficient. Following the president's speech, various departments of Rongda Factory and Nabaichuan Trading Company gave detailed reports on their work achievements, existing problems, and work strategies for 2017. The Rongda Factory's Product Department, R&D Center, and Production Center were the first to speak. Their reports indicated a significant increase in external market demand for product functionality development this year, leading to a substantial increase in the difficulty of product development and innovation for the Product Department and R&D Center, making staff expansion in these two departments imperative. The Sales Company also provided feedback on numerous customer-collected demand information items and set requirements for the development and mass production schedules of various products. Regarding the Production Center, the main issues were the sharp increase in management difficulties related to material supply, production line expansion, quality control, and warehousing management following the surge in orders. They faced three direct challenges: first, expanding the production line workforce, which is expected to increase from the current nearly 400 to around 800 next year; second, a significant increase in the demand for production management personnel, requiring substantial recruitment through multiple channels; and third, attempts to upgrade production lines to automation to reduce manpower requirements and improve production efficiency.

This year, the sales company maintained rapid growth throughout the year, achieving a growth rate of over 70% compared to the same period in 2015, almost creating another Rongda. The International Marketing Center received numerous positive reports on large projects, strongly driving performance growth. Customer development was also promising, with nearly 1,000 new customers added throughout the year, and overseas customers spanning over 150 countries and regions worldwide. In the domestic marketing center, the traditional product performance of the receipt business unit remained stable, and significant breakthroughs were achieved in large project orders. The label business unit and the dot matrix receipt printer business unit (referred to as the OA business unit), newly launched nationwide this year, have basically established a nationwide sales channel, with sales performance steadily increasing, becoming two new growth drivers for the company.
