This year, on September 10th, all employees of Rongda Technology gathered at the Xiamen Heyue Hotel for a joyous, exciting, and heartwarming entertainment extravaganza—the closing ceremony of the 2016 Rongda First Cultural Festival and Mid-Autumn Mooncake Gambling Banquet—to celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and wish the company an even brighter future!

This Mid-Autumn Festival event was not only the highlight of the first Rongda Cultural Festival, which lasted for more than two months, but also a rare gathering of more than 400 Rongda employees! At 4 pm, the event was hosted by Lei Jianxin, known as the "Singing God of Rongda" from the Domestic Sales Department, and Cai Qianqian, known as the "Happy Fruit" from the Human Resources Department. The applause was thunderous, and the president took the stage to deliver an impassioned speech, thus kicking off the joyous occasion!

Showcase your dreams with music, and compose the spirit of Rongda with melodies! The grand finale of the second season of Rongda's Got Talent is about to begin! This year's Rongda's Got Talent attracted more than 70 talented singers to sign up. After four rounds of auditions and two rounds of semi-finals, amidst endless anticipation, 10 lucky contestants will appear one by one tonight to compete for their individual rankings and defend the team honor of "Strongest Team".

As the competition progressed, the excitement grew. The Na Bai Chuan team, widely favored before the competition, suffered a series of unexpected setbacks, with two of their five contestants underperforming, resulting in a major team failure. Only Lei Jianxin, known as the "Rongda Singing God" from the domestic sales department, managed to secure a place in the top three and ultimately win the individual championship, showcasing his unparalleled singing skills and star-like stage presence. The Rongda Factory team staged a remarkable comeback, with each of their five contestants delivering an outstanding performance. They not only won the individual runner-up (Lai Geyun) and third place (Tang Lina), but also pulled off a stunning upset to claim the "Strongest Team" trophy, a result that surprised and thrilled everyone!

The two-hour finale of "The Voice of China" offered a spectacular musical feast, while the following Mid-Autumn Festival game, "Bo Bing" (a traditional dice game), a Xiamen specialty, ignited a frenzy of cheers. Everyone was eager to try their luck, hoping to win the "Zhuangyuan" (top scholar) title and bring good fortune in the coming year. When the host announced, "Bo Bing begins!", the banquet hall transformed into a joyful sea of ??dice-throwing sounds, with shouts of "Zhuangyuan! Zhuangyuan! Zhuangyuan!" echoing throughout. Half an hour later, the 37 "Zhuangyuan" from each table, beaming with joy, stepped onto the stage for a head-to-head competition. Ultimately, Zhou Chaoxiong from the R&D department won the highest possible score with a "Zhuangyuan Cha Jin Hua" (top scholar with golden flowers), claiming the grand prize of 1000 yuan in cash.

As dusk fell, the city lights began to twinkle, and the bright moon hung high in the sky. The Mid-Autumn Festival banquet commenced, with over 400 employees gathering to toast and celebrate the festival, sharing stories of their time at Rongda. At this moment, even those who had never met before raised their glasses, introducing themselves, toasting each other, and offering blessings!

The banquet also included awards ceremonies for the second season of the "Strive for Success" Rongda Cup Basketball Tournament and the "Be Grateful" Children's Painting Exhibition titled "My Father and Mother." The Nabaichuan Bulls team, after a hard-fought five-game series, narrowly won 3-2, securing their second consecutive victory against the factory and lifting the "Rongda Cup." The children's painting exhibition, featuring works by over 20 children of employees, saw first, second, and third prizes awarded after anonymous judging and voting by 56 employees. During the banquet, attendees shared their experiences and insights into Rongda's "My Heart for Charity" initiative, promoting social compassion and carrying out charitable activities, and reviewed the company's achievements in building its corporate culture this year.
