        Job Responsibilities:
        1. Responsible for achieving the sales targets of the major accounts department, and proposing corresponding sales improvement suggestions and solutions based on customer characteristics;
        2. In accordance with the company's strategy, develop new clients such as large internet companies, chain supermarkets, software/POS companies, and large distributors;
        3. Responsible for regularly collecting and organizing market information of major clients, keeping abreast of their development trends, researching and analyzing the development strategies, operating models, and operating philosophies of major clients and competitors, and generating monthly reports;
        4. Responsible for following up on the implementation of sales strategies for major clients and providing timely feedback on the effectiveness of strategy implementation for leadership reference and timely adjustments.
        5. Follow up on the progress of customers' new product development projects, negotiate with customers on pricing, R&D expenses, etc., and follow up on the progress of internal company projects.
        6. Conduct integrated sales across multiple product lines, bid for projects, and track the final fulfillment of orders;
        7. Customer relationship management and maintenance, handling complaints from major clients, tracking complaint resolutions, and improving customer satisfaction;
        8. Achieve strong sales relationships with major clients and strategic partners, and ensure sustainable development;
        9. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
        Job requirements:
        1. Full-time undergraduate degree, majoring in electronics, information technology, computer science, or marketing;
        2. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in domestic business development and familiarity with large supermarkets, fresh food, restaurant chains, logistics, and other related industries are preferred.
        3. Willing to travel for work and possess independent business development capabilities;
        4. Possess basic financial and legal knowledge, be familiar with bidding processes, and understand business negotiation skills;
        5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in market expansion and marketing of commercial electronic equipment in sectors such as supermarket chains, fresh food e-commerce, new retail, FMCG, O2O, and express logistics.
        6. Strong learning ability, strong logical thinking, and customer service awareness;
        7. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A good listener who can quickly gain a client's trust.
