Warehouse Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for staffing and organizational structure planning for the warehouse department, as well as applications for additional non-established staff;
2. Responsible for the team building of the warehousing department, including the selection of internal employees, the reserve of core personnel, personnel safety education and training, and performance appraisal confirmation;
3. Rationally allocate the work responsibilities of subordinates and continuously improve their work enthusiasm and service awareness;
4. Based on actual work requirements, periodically refine and improve warehousing systems and work processes, and supervise and enforce their implementation;
5. Based on the company's annual business plan and development strategy, formulate and implement the monthly work plan for the warehousing department;
6. Regularly organize departmental personnel to conduct dynamic inventory checks on stock materials. Analyze the reasons for any missing materials in a timely manner, formulate improvement measures, and gradually improve the consistency between the accounts and the physical quantity.
7. Establish effective communication and work coordination with other horizontal departments to ensure timely handling of abnormal issues and continuously improve the efficiency of daily operations of department personnel;
8. Receive and complete work tasks assigned by superiors, handle various emergencies in the department in a timely and efficient manner, and promote the continuous and sound operation and development of the department's work.
Job requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university; requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
2. Work experience: Over 5 years of practical experience in the on-site management of medium to large warehouses, with preference given to candidates in the electronic warehousing industry;
3. Professional skills: Warehousing and logistics major, proficient in using various office software and related ERP software;
4. Qualifications: Honest, data-sensitive, responsible, and possesses strong self-discipline;
5. Other requirements: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
