Executive Procurement Manager

1. Responsible for implementing the management work of the procurement department, carrying out training, assessment and incentive work for department personnel, and continuously improving the department personnel's execution and cohesion.
2. Responsible for optimizing the company's procurement process standards, establishing and improving the company's procurement management system, and organizing its implementation.
3. Based on the company's material demand plan, formulate annual and monthly procurement plans to ensure timely delivery of production materials and guarantee supply.
4. Responsible for coordinating and handling major quality issues of incoming materials to safeguard the company's interests and minimize company losses.
5. Responsible for collecting and analyzing market material price information, formulating procurement plans, purchasing and storing materials, and controlling procurement costs.
6. Responsible for supervising and recording supplier performance information, conducting annual and monthly assessments of suppliers, implementing a merit-based system to improve supplier management.
7. Coordinate the execution of tasks between the purchasing department and other departments to facilitate the smooth operation of inter-departmental work.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in full-time, majoring in procurement management or electronics-related fields;
2. Must have 5+ years of experience in the same position;
3. Skilled at collecting market information and possesses strong supplier development capabilities;
4. Possess certain negotiation skills.
