Process Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management of the engineering department;
2. Responsible for the company's process technology and process management;
3. Participate in the process review and process route development of new products;
4. Improve and update production processes and technologies, increase production efficiency, reduce production costs, resolve production anomalies, and provide timely feedback on relevant information;
5. Responsible for compiling product process documents, formulating standard material consumption, and participating in the design and improvement of tooling and fixtures;
6. Responsible for managing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's equipment;
7. Improve employee training and assessment related to production technology, processes, and equipment.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5-10 years of experience in process engineering in large-scale electronics factories, including 5 years of experience in the same position, and experience in automation management in large-scale manufacturing industries is preferred.
2. Majors in mechatronics or related fields, proficient in using CAD and other software;
3. Familiar with the responsibilities and processes of the engineering department, with a strong concept of standardization.
4. Possesses strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities;
5. Responsible, a strong team player, good at communication, and proactive in work;
6. Possesses quick logical thinking, the ability to systematically analyze and solve problems, and can withstand significant work pressure.
