one,58mm Receipt Printercleaning
1. Clean the print head
The print head should be cleaned if any of the following conditions occur with the printer:
(1) The printing is unclear;
(2) A certain column of the printed page is not clear in the vertical direction;
(3) The paper feeding noise is loud.
The printhead cleaning steps are as follows:
(1) Turn off the printer power, open the top cover, and remove the paper if it is on.
(2) If printing has just finished, wait for the print head to cool down completely;
(3) Use a soft cotton cloth dampened with anhydrous ethanol (wrung out) to wipe away dust and stains from the surface of the print head;
(4) After the anhydrous ethanol has completely evaporated, close the top cover and test print again.
2. Clean the sensor
The paper out sensor should be cleaned if the printer exhibits any of the following symptoms:
(1) During the printing process, the printer occasionally stops printing and alarms that it is out of paper;
(2) No alarm is triggered when paper is out of paper.
The paper shortage sensor cleaning steps are as follows:
(1) Turn off the printer power, open the top cover, and remove the paper if it is on.
(2) Use a soft cotton cloth dampened with anhydrous ethanol (wrung out) to wipe away dust and stains from the sensor surface;
(3) After the anhydrous ethanol has completely evaporated, close the top cover and test the machine again.
3. Clean the printing rollers
The printing rollers should be cleaned if any of the following conditions occur with the printer:
(1) The printing is unclear;
(2) A certain column of the printed page is not clear in the vertical direction;
(3) The paper feeding noise is loud.
The steps for cleaning the printing rollers are as follows:
(1) Turn off the printer power and open the top cover;
(2) Use a soft cotton cloth dampened with neutral detergent (wrung out) to wipe away dust and stains from the surface of the printing roller;
(3) After the cleaning agent has completely evaporated, close the top cover.
Notice:
(1) Ensure that the power is turned off during routine printer maintenance.
(2) Do not touch the surface of the print head with your hands or metal objects. Do not use tweezers or other tools to scratch the surface of the print head, printing roller and sensor.
(3) Gasoline, acetone and other organic solvents must not be used.
(4) Wait for the anhydrous ethanol to completely evaporate before turning on the power to continue printing.

II. Methods for Clearing Paper Jams in a 58mm Receipt Printer
When a printer jams, first turn off the printer, open the printer cover, and after the print head has cooled down, carefully remove the jammed paper. Then, feed the correct paper and close the cover. Using recommended or equivalent quality paper that meets the specified width will reduce the likelihood of paper jams.

three,58mm Receipt Printertroubleshooting
If your printer malfunctions, please refer to this section for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, please contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
1. The indicator lights on the control panel are not lit.
Check that the power cord is correctly plugged into the printer, power adapter, and power outlet. Check that the printer's power switch is on.
2. The indicator lights are normal, but the printer is not printing.
Run a self-test to check if the printer is working properly. If the self-test fails, contact your dealer or technical support.
If the self-test proceeds normally, check the following:
(1) Check the interfaces at both ends of the cable connecting the printer and the computer. Also confirm that the cable meets the specifications of both the printer and the computer.
(2) The data transfer settings between the printer and the computer may differ. You can use the self-test printout to see the printer's interface settings. If the printer fails to print, please contact your dealer or technical support.
