Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on product line goals and strategic planning, formulate project objectives, compile a summary of project tasks, break down project tasks, and develop a detailed and feasible project development plan, including time plan, resource plan, cost budget, etc.
2. Participate in new product planning, preliminary product research, feasibility analysis, and product lifecycle management;
3. Responsible for reviewing and managing the product costs and development expenses of new products and derivatives, as well as quotations;
4. Responsible for the daily administrative management of the project team and the development of departmental systems, processes, and frameworks;
5. Based on the process documents, monitor the project engineers' execution during the project development process, control the project development direction, and provide timely guidance and support;
6. Project engineers will perform the same duties, and will be responsible for leading the development of new products, derivative products, and other projects;
7. Responsible for providing pricing suggestions for new products and generating quotations for project orders;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background preferred, related majors such as electronics, mechanical engineering, automation, etc.;

2. Possesses solid professional knowledge and is able to better understand and manage technical issues in projects;
3. Possesses strong team management and organizational skills, effectively managing the project team to ensure the achievement of project goals;
4. Possesses clear logical thinking, strong information analysis and integration capabilities, and excellent communication and coordination skills;
5. Possesses a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, as well as strong teamwork spirit, learning ability, insight, and stress resistance.
