Certification Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the breakdown of certification team responsibilities and objectives, and the formulation and implementation of related plans;
2. Responsible for the establishment and training of the certification team, and formulating relevant job responsibilities and operating rules;
3. Responsible for organizing and coordinating certification-related work to ensure its effective implementation and efficient completion;
4. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the certification system and related control rules, and for controlling and auditing certification consistency;
5. Responsible for interpreting and implementing relevant laws, regulations and standards for certification, continuously improving product safety and EMC compliance, timely updating and training on product standards, and ensuring that products continuously meet relevant requirements;
6. Responsible for communication and arrangement of certification audits, coordinating with relevant departments such as the system to complete related work, and ensuring audit compliance;
7. Assist in the implementation and effective execution of standardization in the R&D center;
8. Assist in establishing standards for R&D products and continuously improving safety and EMC regulations.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science or engineering;
2. Five years or more of relevant work experience in consumer electronics certification and two years or more of relevant management experience;
3. Familiar with new product development and project management processes, as well as certification processes and relevant product standard technical requirements;
4. Good ability to interpret standards, hands-on skills, and English reading and writing ability;
5. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
