Newton once said, "I can calculate the motions of celestial bodies, but not the madness of men!" Indeed, Comrade Newton accurately predicted Rongda Technology's...The atmosphere at the first National Games was so passionate and enthusiastic.

Let's rewind to 7 PM on August 28, 2019. The sweltering August was drawing to a close, but the air above the sports field still lingered with heat. Deputy General Manager Xu Kaihe's passionate opening speech had everyone eager and ready to compete. Although it was a fun sports meet, each team resolutely adhered to the principles of safety first, friendship second, and competition third, and each team came up with a resounding slogan, attempting to intimidate their opponents with sheer force of will!

First Squad: Boundless passion, no regrets in our youth! Yay!

Second team: The Happy Team, our goal is: No cavities!

Third Team: Working together to achieve outstanding results, invincible, the strongest of the three teams, hand in hand to host the sports meet, heart to heart to create a new glory for Rongda!

Fourth Division: The Flying Tigers are in full force and have won first place!

Fifth Squad: Unite and strive to be the best!

Sixth Squad: Sixth Squad, 666!

First up was the women's free throw shooting event. Although girls are rarely seen on the basketball court, the moment they stood at the free throw line, they all transformed into Kobe Bryant or LeBron James, hitting their shots with deadly accuracy. Next was the men's sit-and-reach test. Eager to witness the supple and graceful figures of these usually "straight-as-an-arrow" men, the testing area was already packed with people. Ultimately, the representative from the third team won first place with a reach of 27cm—truly a ballet dancer whose talent has been wasted.
While the game over there was still going on, the push-hands competition was already in full swing, with representatives from each team battling it out. What was supposed to be a contest of skill had turned into a straightforward test of strength, leaving the audience laughing so hard they were too exhausted to cheer.
Finally, it was time for the team battle. The first event was a three-legged race, testing skills, teamwork, and speed. Each team representative had clearly practiced beforehand to win. After the referee gave the signal, each team sprinted with lightning speed, displaying the pace of a 100-meter dash. The audience cheered for their teams at top speed. In the end, the sixth team, with its turbocharged performance, won first place with a time of just over 7 seconds.

Next came the physically demanding team jump rope and mixed-gender fun relay race, as well as men's and women's tug-of-war. Every jump, every effort, every dribble... every athlete was fully engaged, single-minded, and giving their all. Isn't this the style that Rongda has always upheld? The cheers from the cheerleaders on the sidelines were a testament to their resilience, a cry for life, and a yearning and hope for the future!

Thus, the exciting first Rongda Fun Sports Competition officially came to a close, but the fiery passion and tender spirit of all Rongda members will linger in our memories. This time, we gained friendship, medals, and, more importantly, the sincerity and emotion of fighting together. Youth never ends, as long as our hearts soar!
