In 2019, Rongda embarked on a new journey. In the past two months,Rongda TechnologyThe International Marketing Center continues to surpass itself, and to date, its performance has increased by 25% compared to the same period last year. To alleviate work pressure and foster a passionate, responsible, and joyful work environment, the company organized a team-building activity themed "Setting Sail with the Wind, Moving Forward Hand in Hand." This activity enriched employees' leisure time, further strengthened team cohesion, and enhanced teamwork skills, enabling everyone to better dedicate themselves to their work in the coming days.

On May 11, 2019, Rongda's team building activity officially kicked off at Guanyinshan Beach in Xiamen. The activity involved a competition between departmental teams, which not only tested everyone's teamwork skills but also showcased the indomitable spirit of Rongda employees!

On the summer beach, the sweltering heat did nothing to dampen everyone's enthusiasm for the competition. Participants divided into teams according to their departments. The competition included teams from five international departments and the order processing department, totaling six teams.

Before the competition began, each department, drawing on its own unique characteristics, created imposing team names and catchy slogans for their teams. Even their formations were vying for supremacy. The ambition to win first place was evident even before the game started.

The company organized a series of exciting activities, including "Moving Forward Together," "Swimming Ring Relay," and "Working Together with One Heart." After the host explained the rules of the games, the employees fully demonstrated their teamwork spirit, overcame difficulties, and successfully completed one task after another.

Three rounds of intense competition took place, with each team practicing and trying to find their rhythm in the shortest time possible. Throughout the competition, everyone demonstrated excellent teamwork and gave their all. Even teams that made mistakes didn't give up, persevering step by step to reach the finish line. The event was both exciting and heartwarming, with each participant working together seamlessly, encouraging one another, and fully embracing the passion of youth.

During the competition, the company thoughtfully provided snacks and fruits for everyone, allowing them to replenish their energy and water during breaks and continue to exert themselves in the next stage.

The winners smiled victoriously as they held their chosen gifts. Every member of Rongda knows that only after hard work and struggle will the fruits of victory taste even sweeter.

After the intense competition, everyone sat down at the "Guanyinshan Seafood Stall" by the beach and discussed their results. The atmosphere did not diminish with the end of the competition; on the contrary, it became even more enthusiastic. Everyone chatted and laughed, enjoying themselves immensely.

During the meal, everyone played games like blowing flour and charades, bringing the team-building atmosphere to its peak. The various flour-blowing and comical gestures elicited laughter throughout the restaurant.

Some friends couldn't resist showing off their great singing voices and stood up to sing for everyone. With everyone's beautiful singing, the night became even more unforgettable.

During the event, Tracy, Director of the International Marketing Center, and Jacky, Deputy Director, stood up to speak, fully affirming and praising the hard work and efforts of all colleagues in the International Department, and encouraging everyone to strive forward and work together to create more miracles.

Finally, the newest members of the International Department in 2019, who were also the main organizers of this event, took the initiative to go on stage and sing "Friends" as a farewell to the team-building activity, hoping that all Rongda members could fight side by side for a long time. In the heartfelt collective singing, everyone's friendship deepened even further.
