Summarizing the year-end, planning for the future, and uniting efforts to create a new chapter, Rongda Technology's 2021 year-end summary meeting was successfully held on January 8, 2022, at its Tong'an factory in Xiamen. Mr. Xu Kaiming, Chairman and General Manager of the company, along with management personnel at all levels, attended the meeting.

The conference began with a speech and sharing from Mr. Xu, the founder of Rongda Technology. 2021 was a year of breakthroughs and transformations. Rongda Technology has gone through 12 years of trials and tribulations and achieved remarkable results. Rongda's success is actually a success of corporate values. Following this, the Human Resources Director, Finance Director, and heads of various departments in the R&D Center presented their annual work reports. In 2021, Rongda Technology solidly promoted talent development, adopted a reasonable internal training mechanism, and effectively promoted a group of young key personnel, laying a solid foundation for the company's production and performance breakthroughs throughout the year. After a year of hard work, Rongda Technology's revenue reached a new high. General Manager Xu proposed that the Finance Department should shift from bookkeeping to management finance, and ultimately achieve a transformation to operational finance, making the fullest preparations for the company's listing.

The domestic and international markets faced immense volatility in 2021. Despite these challenges, Rongda's R&D Center overcame numerous difficulties, launching a multitude of new products including paperless label printers, smart AI scales, and smart POS systems. Over the past year, the pandemic continued to rage globally and recurred in various provinces across China. Despite this, Rongda's Marketing Center united as one and defied the odds, achieving record-breaking sales for the year. Facing various difficulties, the International and Domestic Marketing Departments promptly adjusted market strategies, concentrated efforts on key projects, and fully leveraged the initiative of team members. This outstanding performance was made possible by the full cooperation of all departments within the factory. Against the backdrop of a severe global chip shortage and soaring raw material costs, Rongda's Supply Chain Center continued to ensure on-time delivery, providing a solid support for the Marketing Center.

The 2021 work report of Rongda Technology is now nearing its end. Each department has summarized existing problems and shortcomings, proposed relevant improvement measures, and clarified its work plan for 2022. General Manager Xu emphasized that all departments must prioritize talent development, establish a succession planning mechanism, strengthen talent reserves, and further improve refined management on this basis.
