Inclusivity, Innovation, Winning the Future—2016 Xiamen Rongda National Label Scale Technology

After more than a month of efficient and well-organized preparation, the 2016 Xiamen Rongda National Label Scale Technology Training and Exchange Conference, themed "Inclusiveness, Innovation, and Winning the Future," was successfully held from June 16th to 18th at the scenic five-star Wuyuan Water Town Hotel in Xiamen. Distributors from all over the country expressed their satisfaction and appreciation for the organization and effectiveness of the conference.

The 16th was the registration day for the conference. Starting at 9:30 a.m., attendees began arriving at Xiamen Airport and the train station. The conference organizing committee arranged a fleet of company vehicles to pick up each guest and take them to their respective hotels, assigning each guest a contact person to assist with check-in procedures. By 11:30 p.m. that evening, all guests had successfully registered.

At 9:00 AM on the 17th, the training and exchange conference was held on time. Mr. Xu Kaihe, General Manager of Rongda, first delivered a speech, warmly welcoming the guests who had traveled from afar, and briefly introduced Rongda's development history, the company's current situation, and the research and development and promotion of the company's various products.

Next, instructor Guo Longshan conducted training on the barcode label hardware, explaining in detail the product features, specifications, appearance, standard configuration, and installation procedures. Instructor Cao Xiaoqiang provided training on the software and its usage, while instructor Lin Yuxiang shared his experience in troubleshooting common malfunctions and routine product maintenance. At 1:30 PM, the meeting moved into a Q&A session and technical exchange. Guests discussed issues they encountered while promoting the products, such as printing modules, sensors, customer operation, and new product launch plans, engaging in lively discussions and exchanges with Rongda's leaders, instructors, and attendees, and offering many suggestions to Rongda.

After the training and exchange meeting, all the participants visited the various departments and workshops of Rongda Factory with great enthusiasm, as well as the office environment and staff of Nabaichuan Sales Company located on the 15th and 18th floors of Wanda Plaza C1 office building.

On the evening of the 17th, Rongda Company held a banquet at Ruijing Meiyuan Restaurant to thank its guests. Mr. Xu Kaiming, the company's president, attended the banquet and delivered a speech, enthusiastically sharing his growth history and entrepreneurial experience.

Finally, the banquet began with a toast from President Xu and all colleagues from the Label Scale Business Unit. Encouraged by the enthusiastic rendition of "Descendants of the Dragon" by the banquet host Lei Jianxin, several guests also took to the stage to sing, drawing cheers from the audience. During the subsequent group drinking game using straws, President Xu generously donated three Label Scales as a prize, further fueling the lively atmosphere and bringing the banquet to a climax.

On the morning of the 18th, the guests visited Gulangyu Island, a 5A-level scenic spot in Xiamen, led by a tour guide.

In the afternoon, the guests departed Xiamen one after another and returned home. The entire conference concluded successfully.
