Following the impressive results in November, the entire staff of Rongda International Marketing Center worked tirelessly and achieved another brilliant success in December, setting a new record for the highest monthly performance in Rongda's nine-year history!

The laughter and joy of the team-building activity on December 7th were still ringing in our ears when, on the evening of December 26th, we held another celebratory team-building event for the International Marketing Center, themed "Gratitude and Sharing." This event celebrated the center's breakthroughs in December and also welcomed the arrival of 2019. This team-building activity was a truly meaningful gift to express our gratitude for the International Marketing Center's hard work in 2018 and to welcome 2019.

? ? ? ? After a full day of work, everyone, still full of energy, took their seats at this unique "guest-in" barbecue and hot pot restaurant. Seven tables were set up in the International Marketing Center, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the center.

First of all, we are honored to have Mr. Xu Kaiming, President of Rongda Technology, participate in the team building activity of the International Marketing Center and share his experiences with us. Mr. Xu calmly shared with us the details of his arduous journey from his first job after graduation to the founding of Rongda, encouraging colleagues in the International Department to persevere in their goals and continue to strive, and also expressing his hope for even greater achievements in 2019.

Tracy, Director of the International Marketing Center, thanked her colleagues in the International Department for their hard work in December, persevering under pressure to achieve excellent results. She expressed her gratitude for everyone's tireless dedication and hard work throughout the year, and also thanked the department managers for their conscientious efforts in leading their teams to achieve outstanding performance, winning a brilliant battle in the last month. She then raised a toast to invite the department managers to share their experiences and jointly plan for development in 2019.

International Division 1 was the driving force behind the entire International Department's performance in 2018, maintaining its number one position for 10 consecutive months. Erica first expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Jerry on behalf of all members of Department 4, praising his guidance and assistance in their work, and how he led the department to achieve its 2018 performance goals. Finally, she expressed her hope that International Department 4 would continue its success and achieve even greater heights in 2019.

He first thanked his team for their hard work and expressed his hope that they would continue to improve and achieve even better results in 2019. Finally, he shared his personal journey of joining Rongda and thanked General Manager Xu and Tracy for their trust.

In Mr. Xiao's eyes, the International Marketing Center is a young and energetic team. ? ? ? ? Chai Ling, a veteran member of the International Department, mainly shared with us some matters and methods of communication between departments, hoping to save communication costs and complete work more efficiently.

The breakthrough achieved by the International Department in 2018, allowing the Sales Department to focus entirely on customer development without any worries, is inseparable from the hard work and dedication of the order tracking team. They personally coordinated with factories to address various issues such as order delivery dates and shipments. Wang Xiaoyan, the order tracking team leader, first thanked Director Tracy for her trust and promotion, and also thanked all team members for their hard work, resilience in the face of pressure, and problem-solving. She further promised to continue striving for even better results in 2019, enabling the Sales Department members to focus even more fully on customer development.

Meanwhile, Lee, head of International Department II, and Lowry, head of International Department III, shared their exciting stories of joining Rongda and expressed their gratitude to General Manager Xu and Tracy for their trust and support.

Finally, the newly appointed Deputy Director, Jacky, shared his experiences visiting clients in the United States, inspiring us that while difficulties are inevitable, as long as we persevere in our goals, we will surely reach new heights.
