Enjoy the sea view, stroll through the ancient city, and cultivate your mind and spirit – a two-day tour of Nan'ao Island for Rongda Technology International Marketing Center in 2017.

"Since ancient times, autumn has been associated with sorrow and desolation." The melancholy of cold autumn, cool winds, falling leaves, and withered flowers seems to always make people forget the joy of golden autumn, abundant fruits, and harvest. November 10th should have been a day filled with the transition from autumn to winter, yet we were dressed lightly. In this contradictory climate, more than 20 colleagues from Rongda Technology International Marketing Center embarked on an "unknown" journey to South Australia.

After a bumpy four-hour drive, a hastily wolfed lunch, and still savoring the delicious food, the magnificent 9km-long Nan'ao Bridge suddenly came into view. The boundless ocean below, with its dappled sunlight, washed away the anxieties and burdens of daily life, seemingly taking away all our fatigue.

Then came the novel Tropic of Cancer Tower and the beautiful Qing'ao Bay, making it even more unforgettable. But time always slips away quietly amidst laughter and joy, and before we knew it, our seaside trip had come to an end.

The next day, after enjoying a sumptuous Chaoshan morning tea, the journey through the ancient city began amidst sleepy eyes and restless, eager hearts. The solemnity of the Thai Buddhist temple and the tranquility of Kaiyuan Temple compelled us to clasp our hands in prayer. As the Buddha said: Sitting is meditation, walking is meditation; a flower is a world, a leaf is Bodhi; spring comes and flowers naturally bloom, autumn arrives and leaves naturally fall; boundless wisdom brings freedom of mind; speech, silence, movement, and stillness are all natural. In the mundane world, face it with composure and maintain a peaceful heart.

? ? ? ? Wandering through the ancient city, strolling along the archway street, I felt the ancient charm and culture, cherished the beautiful scenery, and felt grateful for the "half a day of leisure" that had been given to me for self-cultivation.

"Rest is for a better start." The two-day trip has come to an end, and the whole group took another group photo to commemorate the occasion. May the Rongda "family" have an even brighter future!
