"Ascending to the summit, one can survey all the lesser peaks below" -- A record of the company's 2019 group outing.

In the height of August, several tour buses, filled with laughter and joy, departed from Rongda Technology Co., Ltd. for the picturesque Tianzhu Mountain in Changtai, Zhangzhou. The company trip, long awaited this year, had begun. Everyone on the bus beamed with smiles. Having shed their work clothes for comfortable sportswear, they looked even more youthful and energetic. The tour guide's opening song ignited everyone's enthusiasm for singing. Soon after, contestants and judges from "The Voice of China" stood up and sang one song after another. Gazing at the beautiful scenery outside the windows and listening to the melodious singing inside, the hour-long journey seemed to fly by.

A sign at the hotel entrance reads: "Warmly welcome Rongda Technology."The large scrolling message "Our family members have arrived!" made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone carried their luggage, checked in, had lunch, and after a short rest, gathered at 3:30 PM to visit our first scenic spot—Tiancheng Mountain. Located in the southeast of Changtai County, Fujian Province, Tiancheng Mountain is 342 meters above sea level and covers an area of ??2.86 square kilometers. It is one of the "Eight Ancient Scenic Spots" of Changtai County and is known for its "Double-Headed Clouds in Clear Weather." At the foot of the mountain, everyone was ready to go. I followed the group towards the summit. Initially, I was full of enthusiasm, running and climbing with great energy. However, it wasn't long before I started panting heavily, sweating profusely, and drinking water more and more frequently. The unfamiliar path made me feel uncertain, as I didn't know how far we were from the top. I asked my colleagues, who told me it wasn't far, just ahead. Every colleague who passed by shouted "Go for it!" repeatedly, which strengthened my resolve. I secretly encouraged myself, determined to climb to the top and see the beautiful scenery. And so, we encouraged each other as we moved forward. Suddenly, the group came to a halt. Ahead lay a narrow gorge, so narrow that only an adult could crouch sideways. What to do? This was a dilemma. Turning back? That would mean all their efforts were wasted. No, should they choose another path? There was only this one path ahead, with cliffs on both sides. They had no choice but to forge ahead. Everyone sprang into action. A smaller colleague went through first, guiding and supporting the others, while the others gently pushed. Working together, they slowly made their way through the gorge until everyone had passed. Finally, after nearly an hour of effort, they reached the summit. Looking down at the distant mountains, a sense of pride welled up within them.

Back at the hotel in the evening, there was a lively and joyful bonfire party. The next day, everyone enjoyed exploring Tianzhushan Happy World. In the afternoon, I boarded a tour bus and returned to Xiamen in a deep sleep.

The two-day, one-night company trip was short, and although the activity has ended, the importance of teamwork and unity has been deeply imprinted in my mind. I know that in my future work and life, unity and cooperation will be essential factors for our progress and success. After these two days of travel, everyone has relieved the pressure of work and relaxed both physically and mentally. Now it's time to work hard. We must bring this spirit of perseverance, never giving up, and teamwork into our work.
