        I. Job Responsibilities:
        1. Platform Operation and Management
        (1) Independently responsible for the daily operation of TEMU stores, formulate and implement operation plans, and achieve sales targets.
        (2) Be familiar with the rules and gameplay of the TEMU platform (bidding mechanism, product selection, pricing, activity submission, advertising, etc.)
        (3) Follow up on platform policy changes to ensure compliant and efficient store operation.
        2. Product and Sales Management
        (1) Decompose and execute SKU sales tasks, and be responsible for the store's sales performance.
        (2) Cooperate with the team in product selection, pricing and listing management.
        (3) Participate in the planning of major promotional events on the platform and follow up on the processes of platform buyers and product review.
        (4) Implement pricing strategies based on cost and market feedback.
        3. Data Analysis and Optimization
        (1) Monitor core data such as store traffic, conversion, sales, and inventory.
        (2) Output operational analysis reports and formulate and promote optimization plans.
        (3) Analyze competitor and category trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
        4. Store maintenance and customer management
        (1) Optimize product links (title, images and text, details page, etc.)
        (2) Conduct store visits to identify problems and improve product performance and store ratings.
        (3) Coordinate customer service and after-sales service to improve user experience.
        II. Job Requirements:
        1. Experience Background
        (1) More than six months of experience operating TEMU, or other cross-border platforms (such as Amazon, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, independent websites, etc.)
        (2) Familiar with boutique operation strategies, and pay attention to product quality and user experience.
        (3) Priority will be given to candidates with experience in creating hit products and rapid growth in platform GMV.
        2. Ability Requirements
        (1) Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel, with data insight and transformation capabilities.
        (2) Product selection collaboration: Possess basic market judgment and be able to participate in product selection decisions.
        (3) Content writing ability: Able to independently write product titles, descriptions, and other copywriting.
        (4) Supply chain collaboration: Understanding the basic processes of cross-border procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
        (5) Problem solving: Able to independently handle problems such as inventory anomalies and flow fluctuations.
        (6) Language proficiency: English CET-4 or above, able to handle basic cross-border communication
