SQE Engineer

Overview of job objectives:

Fully responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual quality assessments of suppliers, as well as handling and tracking of incoming materials and supplier quality anomalies.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

1. Responsible for formulating incoming material inspection standards to ensure compliance with environmental requirements;

2. Responsible for training IQC members in inspection skills;

3. Responsible for verifying and tracking the reliability of materials;

4. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual quality assessments of suppliers;

5. Responsible for supplier quality auditing;

6. Responsible for tracking and handling defective incoming materials during the manufacturing process;

7. Responsible for tracking and processing customer complaint materials;

8. Responsible for tracking material defects during trial production and new product introduction;

9. Responsible for auditing the introduction of new suppliers;

10. Responsible for identifying environmentally compliant alternative materials;

11. Responsible for sample confirmation and sealing of temporary materials;

12. Continuously promote supplier quality improvement;

13. Other temporary tasks assigned by superiors;

Job Qualifications:

7. Education level: Bachelor's degree or above;

8. Major: Physics and Chemistry;

9. Training experience: Proficient in quality systems such as ISO9001, 14000, and CCC;

10. Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing an SQE & IQC team in the electronics industry;

11. Abilities: Possesses strong communication skills and is able to independently conduct quality audits of suppliers;

12. Attitude: Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a high degree of enthusiasm and responsibility;
