Quality Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for establishing the company's product quality inspection standards, including raw material inspection standards, semi-finished product inspection standards, finished product inspection standards, and engineering inspection standards, as well as updating each standard;

2. Responsible for promoting the handling of internal and external customer complaints, and fundamentally resolving customer complaints;

3. Assist superiors in conducting annual internal audits of the company's systems, and integrate data from CCC, ISO, customer audits, and third-party factory audits;

4. Based on the production plan, arrange quality standards and customer requirements, carry out production, conduct quality inspections at each stage, and conduct comprehensive pre-shipment inspections, as well as conduct preliminary reviews of any quality anomalies during the process.

5. According to the production plan, arrange quality inspection personnel to carry out production, quality inspection of each process, and comprehensive inspection before shipment in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements, and conduct preliminary review of quality abnormalities in the process.

6. Responsible for guiding the daily work of QE, PQC, and OQC, providing technical training for the department, and conducting performance appraisals for the department's employees;

7. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Five years or more of experience as a quality supervisor in the manufacturing industry;

3. Familiar with quality control of electronic products and have experience in QC team management;

4. Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills;

5. Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take on challenges.
