Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and guide the arrangement of personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment in the production process according to the plan to ensure smooth production;

2. Ensure that raw materials, manpower, and equipment are used effectively and efficiently to reduce waste and guarantee product quality;

3. Ensure that production tasks are completed on time according to the plan requirements;

4. Resolve problems that arise during the production process promptly;

5. Assist the production manager in managing the team leaders and other personnel.

appointJob requirements:

1. Five years or more of production site management experience, with priority given to those with experience in electronics factory management;

2. Familiar with the product's technological process; strong process quality management and capacity improvement capabilities;

3. Familiar with on-site 6S management;

4. Strong planning and execution abilities, and strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
