PE Engineer

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Responsible for the process affairs of the assigned products, optimizing mass production SOPs, and providing correct guidance for production;
2. Be familiar with the seven IE (Industrial Engineering) tools and the seven QE (Quality Engineering) tools, and continuously optimize the process and reduce the eight wastes;
3. Standard time measurement, using ECRS principles to continuously promote line balancing and improve production line efficiency;
4. Interact more with NPI, QE, ME, and production to prevent and resolve problems in production line operations, and improve quality and efficiency;
5. Assist in the analysis of quality issues and the formulation and confirmation of rework plans and processes;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, majoring in electronics/industrial engineering/mechanical engineering or related fields, with more than two years of experience in the same position or outstanding fresh graduates;
2. Familiarity with at least two of the following: structure, hardware, and assembly of the printer. Prior experience in the printer industry is preferred.
3. Quick-witted, able to withstand pressure, and with a desire for perfect results in work.
