NPI Engineers

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the introduction and promotion of new products, serving as the window for coordination and communication between projects, participating in EVT, DVT and PVT throughout the process, and extending to MP;
2. Organize manufacturability process reviews for new products and regularly optimize the "Process Review Specification";
3. Plan the production process and testing plan for new products, generate preliminary process documents, and output production costs;
4. Organize trial production of new products and lead the analysis and problem solving, continuously track and resolve anomalies until the loop is closed;
5. PFMEA fabrication helps prevent production problems and ensures smooth mass production;
6. The group leader is responsible for the results of the group they lead;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, majoring in electronics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, with more than two years of experience in the same position;
2. Familiarity with at least two of the following: structure, hardware, and assembly of the printer. Prior experience in the printer industry is preferred.
3. Quick-witted, able to withstand pressure, and with a desire for perfect results in work.
