NPI Director

1. Lead the development of new product processes and product realization planning to ensure process manufacturability and low cost;

2. Lead the process of proposing new project requirements, reviewing solutions, and ensuring production line schedules meet product project requirements;

3. Lead the early-stage process planning, such as the preparation and review of process technical documents including process characteristic lists, flowcharts, PFEMA, packaging, and labeling;

4. Lead the planning and progress tracking of new project process development, ensuring the compliance of process development;

5. Responsible for the design evaluation, verification, and implementation of major process changes;

6. Responsible for project management and supervision of new product introduction, ensuring timely completion of each stage of new product introduction; responsible for collecting production data and product technology during new product introduction, and overseeing and following up on the planning and progress of new production line construction; responsible for organizing trial production and sample delivery, and reviewing trial production reports and resolving issues.

7. Responsible for proposing advanced manufacturing technologies for new projects, and following up on the technical implementation plan and preparation progress;

8. Coordinate with various departments to prepare for and track the progress of new product introduction;
