Supply Chain Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall management of the company's supply chain (procurement, production planning, material control, warehousing) and other departments, including the formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of systems and procedures.

2. Based on the company's business objectives and actual production situation, provide the decision-making level with suggestions and solutions on production planning.

3. To plan, organize, procure, control, and optimize the enterprise's production processes, and to effectively control materials and costs.

4. Regularly organize meetings with relevant departments of the company to discuss procurement, planning, warehousing, etc., and comprehensively balance production resources and capacity based on the sales situation of the marketing center, scientifically develop excellent suppliers, and prepare reasonable monthly and weekly production plans.

5. Carefully organize, implement, inspect, coordinate, and evaluate external suppliers and internal production plans to ensure the completion of the annual production plan and strive to maximize production efficiency.

6. Develop reasonable sales forecasting plans and accurate material return plans based on order status to effectively improve inventory turnover and reduce inventory backlog.

7. Conduct regular production statistical analysis and economic activity analysis meetings to summarize experiences and provide guarantees for achieving the company's business objectives and cost reduction.

8. Regularly organize inventory counts, manage inventory, and verify and control the receipt, sale, and storage of materials;

9. Coordinate with clients to establish an effective planning mechanism (based on sales forecasts or orders).

10. Lead the review of sales orders and be responsible for order delivery dates;

11. To carry out other matters arranged by senior management.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with relevant management experience in the supply chain of large and medium-sized electronic product manufacturing industry, and at least 5 years of management experience in the same position in procurement, production management, and warehousing. Procurement background is preferred.

2. Familiar with supplier management, production planning, material planning, and warehouse management modules;

3. Possesses strong management and coordination skills as well as data analysis abilities;

4. Prior experience with ERP systems such as Kingdee, Digiwin, and U9 is preferred.
