Investment Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate potential investment projects and focus on investment or M&A opportunities.
2. Conduct due diligence on potential investment projects, write investment analysis and investment recommendation reports, participate in the investment decision-making process, and regularly evaluate the status of investment projects.
3. Establish and maintain public relations with industry associations, government investment promotion platforms, government industrial funds at all levels, and securities investment departments to expand investment channels and partners.
4. Develop and screen projects in the electronics industry, and establish and maintain an industry resource network.
5. Cooperate with the investment manager to complete other tasks.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known university, majoring in finance, accounting, law or related fields;
2. Five years or more of relevant work experience in professional investment institutions or listed companies, with priority given to candidates with successful project investment or exit cases;
3. Familiar with finance, accounting, and law in the investment and M&A field; preference will be given to candidates holding CPA, CFA (Financial Analyst), or ACCA certifications.
4. Possesses strong communication, coordination, learning, and research abilities; enjoys researching new things; has excellent Chinese and English language communication and writing skills; and can adapt to occasional business trips.
