Before operating the printer, please read the following instructions carefully and strictly follow them.

1. Safety Warning

Warning: Do not touch the printer's cutter or tearer.

Warning: The printhead is a heat-generating component. Do not touch the printhead or surrounding components during or immediately after printing.

Warning: Do not touch the surface of the thermal printhead or the connectors to avoid static electricity damaging the printhead.

2. Precautions

(1) The printer should be installed in a stable place, and avoid placing the printer in a place with vibration and impact.

(2) Do not use or store the printer in places with high temperature, high humidity or heavy pollution.

(3) Connect the printer's power adapter to a suitable grounded outlet. Avoid using the same outlet as large motors or other equipment that may cause voltage fluctuations.

(4) Prevent water or conductive substances (e.g., metal) from entering the printer. If this happens, turn off the power immediately.

(5) The printer must not print without paper, otherwise it will seriously damage the printing rollers and thermal printhead.

(6) If the printer will not be used for an extended period of time, please disconnect the power adapter of the printer.

(7) Users shall not disassemble the printer for repair or modification without authorization.

(8) Use only the power adapter that comes with the device.

(9) To ensure print quality and extend product lifespan, it is recommended to use recommended or equivalent quality thermal paper.

(10) When plugging or unplugging the connection cable, please make sure the printer power is off.
