1. Precautions for using the RP820 thermal POS printer

(1) The printer should be installed in a stable place, and avoid placing the printer in a place with vibration and impact.

(2) Do not use or store the printer in places with high temperature, high humidity or heavy pollution.

(3) Connect the printer's power adapter to a suitable grounded outlet. Avoid contact with large motors.Or other devices that may cause fluctuations in power supply voltage use the same socket.

(4) Prevent water or conductive substances (e.g., metal) from entering the printer. If this occurs, dispose of the printer immediately.Turn off the power.

(5) The printer must not print without paper, otherwise it will seriously damage the printing rollers and thermal printhead.

(6) If the printer will not be used for an extended period of time, please disconnect the power adapter of the printer.

(7) Users shall not disassemble the printer for repair or modification without authorization.

(8) Use only the power adapter that comes with the device.

(9) To ensure print quality and extend product lifespan, it is recommended to use the recommended or equivalent quality.Thermal printing paper.

(10) When plugging or unplugging the connection cable, please make sure the printer power is off.
