2.1 How to install the driver
Note: The first time you connect the printer to your computer, you need to install the driver on your computer before you can connect the printer.
①Installation steps:
a. The printer's USB cable is automatically recognized by the computer when connected to the computer;

b.OpenOpen the USB drive folder, double-click to open the driver program inside, and install it.

c. After the driver installation is complete, click the Windows key in the lower left corner of your computer → Settings → Devices → Printers and Scanners to check if the printer name RP4xx SeriesWL 200DPI ZPL is recognized. If it is, select this printer in your printing software to print. If it is not displayed, restart your computer and check again.

2.2 How to print the self-test page
Self-test page instructions:
When installing the printer for the first time or when there are any problems with the printer, you can run a self-test program. The self-test page includes: printer model, firmware version, IP address, Bluetooth information, print speed, print density, etc.
Operating instructions:
Press and hold the [Paper Feed] button until you hear three beeps, then release the button. A self-test page will be printed automatically.
The self-test page is shown in the image below.

2.3 How to set the printer IP address
① Phone tool settings:
Tool Download:Scan the QR code below with your Android phone's browser to download the tool.Search for "Rongda Shunfeng IP" in the Apple App Store and download it;

Configure printer networkIP operation steps:
a. Click 【Manual Connection】 and select the printer's Bluetooth name to connect; or click 【Scan to Connect】 and scan the barcode on the printer to connect;
b. Click "Read IP Configuration" to obtain the current printer's IP configuration;
c. Modify the target IP address, gateway, and subnet mask;
d. Click "Write IP Configuration" to write the IP configuration to the printer;
e. You can check if the IP configuration has been set successfully by clicking "Read IP Configuration" or "Print Self-Test Page".

Tag tool modificationIP address description:
a. Connect the printer to the USB cable, open the "Label Setup Tool", click "Connection Test", and after a successful connection message appears, click "Set Up Printer".

b. Switch to the [Ethernet] settings interface, enter the new printer IP address, and click [Settings].

c. After setting up, print the self-test page to check if the IP address has been set successfully.
2.4 How to perform OTA upgrades for printers
①APP download tool(Android/IOS):

②Printer firmware upgrade operation steps:
a. Click 【Manual Connection】, select the printer's Bluetooth name, and connect; or click 【Scan to Connect】 to scan the barcode on the printer to connect;
b. Click "Check for Latest Firmware Version" to check for the latest firmware;
c. Click "Click to Update" to upgrade the printer firmware;
d. Wait for the printer to upgrade, which takes about 20 seconds. The printer will beep when the upgrade is complete. Once the upgrade is complete, the printer can be used normally.

3. Common problems and their solutions
3.1 The printed content is unclear (uneven color or missing barcode).
Solution: Clean the print head+ Cleaning rollers
① Clean the print head
a. Turn off the printer power, open the top cover, and remove any paper if present.
b. If printing has just finished, wait for the print head to cool completely;

c. Use a soft cotton cloth dampened with alcohol to wipe away dust and stains from the surface of the print head;
d. After the alcohol has completely evaporated, close the top cover and try printing again.
② Cleaning the rubber rollers
a. Use tweezers or other small screwdrivers to rotate the positioning buckle of the rubber roller bushing;
b. Remove the rubber roller bushings on both sides of the rubber roller and take out the rubber roller assembly;
c. Clean the label residue off the rubber roller and use a cotton cloth dampened with alcohol to clean the surface of the rubber roller;

3.2 Inaccurate paper feed position (printing misalignment or skipped sheets)
Solution: Check the position of the optocoupler slider.+【Tag Learning】
① Check the position of the optocoupler slider:
a. Turn off the printer and open the printer cover;
b. Locate the rectangular optical coupler slider and confirm that the triangular arrow in the middle of the slider is aligned or move the slider to the far right.

②Button [Tag Learning]
a. Install the label paper into the printer and keep it powered on;
b. Press and hold the [Paper Feed] button until it beeps twice, then release. The label paper will automatically feed and check its position.
c. When the label stops at the tear position, it indicates that the label learning process has been successful;
3.3 Blank printout (paper feed is normal, but no content is printed)
Solution: Check the paper.+Restore factory settings
① Check the paper:
a. Check that the paper is installed backwards; the printed side should be facing upwards when loading the paper.
b. To check if the paper is thermal paper, you can scratch the surface of the paper with a hard object to see if there are any black scratches.
② Restore factory settings:
Press and hold the [Paper Feed] button until you hear a beep.-Beep-Beep-Beep-Beep six times, then release the paper feed button to resume and complete the process.
3.4 Printer alarm (red light flashes 2/3/7 times)
Solution: UseWindows tools for "paperless learning"
a. The printer needs to have the paper removed and the top cover closed, and the printer kept powered on;
b. Open the label settings tool and select "Set up printer";

c.Switch to the [Label Calibration] interface, select [Paper Out Learning], and click [Learn]. The printer will then maintain the calibration as normal.Three beeps indicate a paper shortage;

d. After completing the paper shortage learning, put the paper back in, close the lid, and perform another "label learning" session.

3.5 Abnormal print density (blurred print or too faint content)
Solution: Adjust the print density (the higher the value, the higher the density).
a. Open the label settings tool and select "Set up printer";

b. Switch to the 【Print Settings】 interface, select the desired speed and density from the drop-down menus in the speed setting/density setting options, and then click the "Settings" item at the bottom of the interface. If a 【Settings Successful】 message or a beep from the printer indicates that the settings have been changed successfully.

3.6 Driver-driven print content offset and incomplete printing
Solution: Set the correct paper size
a. Right-click on the printer icon to open "Printer Properties", then click "Advanced", then click "Print Defaults", and select the corresponding paper size in "Paper Name";

b. If the required size is not available, open [Paper Management], create a new paper size, save it, and then select the new paper size in [Paper Name].

C. Set the same paper size in the "General" interface;

d. If the required size is not available, open [Paper Management], create a new paper size, save it, and then select the new paper size in [Paper Name].
