1. Unpacking and Inspection

This printer is specially packaged to protect it from damage during transport. However, given that printers may still suffer unexpected damage during shipping, it is recommended that you carefully inspect the packaging and printer unit upon receipt. In case of obvious damage, please contact the retailer directly to specify the nature and extent of the damage; and please retain the packaging materials for mailing the printer.

Once you receive your barcode printer, place it on a clean, stable surface and carefully unpack it.

● One power adapter

●One USB signal transmission cable (parallel or serial cable optional)

●Carbon ribbon + paper core ●External support, optional.

Please keep the printer's packaging and materials safe for future handling; if any of the above items are missing or incomplete, please contact the customer service department where you purchased the product.
