1. Inherent related parameters of the printing mechanism and printing control

(1) The distance from the print head to the paper tear line of the printing mechanism is 18 mm.

(2) The distance from the print head of the printing mechanism to the black mark detection switch position is 25 mm.

2. Precautions for printing black labels

(1) The black mark must be printed on the right side of the front of the bill.

(2) The printing size of the black label should be 8 (width) x 5 (height) mm.

(3) The blackness of the black mark should be sufficiently saturated, with a reflectance of 75%.

3. Black Label Positioning

Our organization supports pre-printed positioning printing on paper with black labels.

(1) Black mark positioning control selection

Set the SW-1 position of the DIP switch to ON and correctly set the GS (F) command to select the black mark positioning print.

(2) Black mark detection location:

The black mark is located on the right side of the front of the document. The relationship between the black mark detection switch position, the printing start position, and the tear line position of the printer head is shown in the diagram below. The printer detects the black mark approximately 2 mm from the center of the black mark detection switch where the leading edge of the black mark has passed.
